Last updated: September 30, 2026
1. Overview
This Privacy Policy describes how Predator Defense Systems ("Predator," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit this website (the "Site"), use the Support Portal, or otherwise interact with us through the Site.
This Policy does not govern data processed by the Predator platform once deployed in a customer's own environment. That processing is governed separately by the applicable Order Form, license or subscription agreement, and, where applicable, a Data Processing Agreement.
2. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly to us, and limited information collected automatically.
Information you provide:
- Contact and briefing requests: name, work email, company name, and any message you include.
- Support Portal — Account Access: company name, contract number, and password, used to authenticate existing customers.
- Support Portal — Purchase Verification: company name, purchase order number, a contact email, any document you upload as proof of purchase, and an optional description of your issue.
Information collected automatically:
We automatically collect certain technical information when you access our website or services. This data is essential for maintaining platform security, ensuring operational integrity, and improving overall performance.
- Server Log Data: IP address, date and time of access, pages viewed, referring URLs, browser type and version, operating system, device type, session duration, and diagnostic/error events.
- Network & Security Telemetry: Firewall events, intrusion-detection alerts, rate-limiting triggers, suspicious request patterns, geo-IP region classification, and TLS handshake metadata used for threat detection and incident response.
- Usage Analytics: Non-personal behavioral data such as click paths, time spent on pages, scroll depth, navigation interactions, form engagement, and performance metrics including load time and Core Web Vitals.
- Device & Technical Metadata: Browser type, operating system, screen resolution, language settings, cookie preferences, and JavaScript support status used to ensure compatibility and diagnose rendering issues.
- Optional Analytics (if enabled): First-party cookies for session identifiers, returning visitor status, basic engagement metrics, and form submission metadata such as timestamps and validation errors.
This information is used exclusively to maintain the security of our systems, improve service performance, and understand how visitors interact with our platform. We do not collect precise geolocation, advertising identifiers, or cross-site tracking data.
3. How We Use Your Information
- Respond to briefing requests and general inquiries;
- Verify identity and authorize access to the Support Portal;
- Investigate and respond to support requests, including verifying purchase documentation;
- Maintain the security and integrity of the Site and Support Portal; and
- Comply with legal obligations.
4. Cookies and Similar Technologies
The Site loads fonts directly from Google Fonts. Depending on your jurisdiction, this may involve your browser connecting to Google's servers and sharing limited technical information, such as your IP address, as part of that request. A cookie/consent notice will be added to disclose this transfer before the Site goes fully live.
We do not currently use analytics or advertising cookies. If this changes, we will update this Policy and, where required, request your consent.
6. Data Security
Support communications and file submissions through the Support Portal are transmitted over an encrypted connection. We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the information you provide, consistent with our then-current security practices. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. Specifically:
- Server logs, security telemetry, and analytics data — including IP addresses, access timestamps, pages visited, browser and device information, and security-related events — are retained for up to 12 months, supporting security monitoring, threat detection, and forensic investigations.
- High-volume operational logs are retained for 30–90 days for performance diagnostics and system reliability.
- User-submitted information is retained only as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was provided, or until a deletion request is made.
- Contractual, billing, and compliance-related records are retained for 3–7 years to meet legal, regulatory, and audit requirements.
- Threat-intelligence artifacts may be retained indefinitely in anonymized form to improve the security of our systems and protect against emerging threats.
8. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us using the information in Section 13.
- Right to Access — confirmation of whether we process your personal information, and a copy of it.
- Right to Correction — request that inaccurate or incomplete personal information be corrected.
- Right to Deletion — request deletion of your personal information, subject to legal, security, and operational exceptions.
- Right to Restrict Processing — request limits on how your personal information is used in certain circumstances.

- Right to Appeal — if a request is denied, you may appeal the decision.
9. International Data Transfers
Predator Defense Systems does not transfer, process, or store personal information outside the legal jurisdiction in which the client's data rights apply. All data remains within the client's governing region and is handled exclusively under the laws, regulations, and privacy protections applicable to that jurisdiction. We do not use offshore processing, foreign data centers, or third-country subprocessors. If a client's legal rights require data residency, all processing and storage remain fully contained within that region.
10. Children's Privacy
The Site is not directed to individuals under the age of 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
11. Third-Party Links
The Site includes an interactive console demo, which is a simulated, illustrative environment and does not process real production data. The Site may also link to other third-party websites. This Policy does not apply to third-party sites, and we encourage you to review their privacy practices separately.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be indicated on this page.
